Has your heart stopped pounding yet? Are you over the revelations of The Long Night and Arya's incredible heroic moment in the Godswood? Of course you're not, you'll never be, but we have to pick ourselves up once more and go again because there's a whole half-season of Thrones left and the small matter of another war entirely.

Now is Cersei's time to shine and the trailer offering a first look at the fourth episode in the season has been released, focusing attention once more on the quest for the Iron Throne. And while it's a completely different pace to The Long Night, it looks like another good one.

Plus, if you were upset by the "lack of story" in the preceding episode, this definitely looks like it restores that side of the show. Here's the trailer...

So what can we learn from this...?

8. Ghost And Rhaegal Aren't Dead

Ghost Game Of Thrones
HBO

Despite the fact that The Long Night made a big show of Ghost disappearing in the opening moments of the Great War when he ran alongside Jorah and the Dothraki into battle, he's not actually dead. It just seems that the show didn't want to include him any more than that one Leeroy Jenkins-style charge, which inevitably meant fans thought he was done for.

But look close enough and he's in the trailer for episode 4, very much not dead.

And the same goes for Rhaegal, who was last seen crashing to the ground with a sickening thud. But he made it and he's recovered enough from those injuries to take to the skies again. Unless this is a really big bird playing with Drogon, he's fine...
