With the series building towards the events of Revenge of the Sith, and the return of Bo-Katan and Ahsoka, it points towards the Siege of Mandalore being a key part of Season 7.

This saw Maul take charge of the planet, and the Republic send Rex and Ahsoka to take back control, with Bo and the Death Watch playing an important supporting role too. Ahsoka's involvement is already canon, and it ties directly into Order 66, so it should be thrilling to see play out on screen,
