9. First Match Is A Fast-Paced Winner

What better way to start the actual wrestling on Loaded than with three emerging young stars on the UK scene? First out was Alex Gracie, flanked by a suited (and booted) James R. Kennedy and Lucas Archer. Gracie was set to lock horns in an elimination-style Triple Threat encounter against the youthful exuberance of Gabriel Kidd and the undeniable talent of Joseph Conners.

Indeed, announcers King Ross and Simon Miller immediately drew comparisons between Kidd and William Regal. That must put a smile on the fledgling star's face, but he wasn't grinning upon being eliminated first in what proved an ultra-competitive three-way.

Things were going well for Conners too, before Kennedy stopped him from finishing Gracie off by hopping onto the ring apron. From there, Archer entered the ring and hammered Conners with a low blow, drawing the disqualification.

That was an unsavoury end to what had turned into a hot opening bout. Each wrestler seemed keen to impress, and it was an exciting - not to mention dramatic - first match in WCPW Loaded history.
