10 Awful Moves Talented Wrestlers Need To Stop Using

1. Bobby Lashley - The Hurt Lock

Vince McMahon seemingly has an obsession with the full nelson. Specifically, he has an obsession with big, muscly men applying the move. From Chris Masters to Bobby Lashley, the move has transitioned into a staple of WWE and is currently being used by the Hurt Business' CEO.

Bobby Lashley using the Hurt Lock is a complete disservice to his athleticism and his power. The move looks weak and has ALWAYS looked weak, as there are very few wrestlers who can make a full nelson look convincing. It seems like the move should be easy to escape from just by dropping to the floor and never seems to be causing any physical pain.

What really makes this full nelson the worst is that Lashley has so many better finishers already at his disposal. He has the Dominator which is a brilliant power move and he also has the best Spear in WWE at the moment (Sorry Roman). Why WWE felt the need to give him the Hurt Lock is just baffling, especially considering Lashley is an MMA fighter who already has submissions in his move set.

Lashley needs to drop the move immediately and go back to ending his matches with the beautiful Spear or a violent Dominator. Those are moves fitting of the nickname "The Almighty".
