10 Best Active Wrestlers Who Will Never Be World Champion

The Bastard PAC is incredible in the ring, menacing on the mic, and has great character work, so what gives?

Simply put, he has never, and in all likelihood will never, be able to generate more fan investment than the people he is surrounded with in AEW. As good as PAC is, guys like “Hangman” Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Adam Cole, MJF, CM Punk, and Bryan Danielson are just better (at least when it comes to the World Title picture that is). On top of this, his frequently travel between the United States and United Kingdom complicates his booking patterns, meaning he frequently goes missing for weeks at a time.

. It’s certainly possible that PAC can climb the ladder and surpass the stars ahead of him. If we’re looking at who is best in AEW though, PAC would see more chances at a World Title run in New Japan or Impact. While a PAC World Title run would most certainly be full of fantastic matches, character work, and very crowd-pleasing, one can argue that MJF, Adam Cole, Hangman, Omega, CM Punk, among others are currently in front of the English star. At 35 years of age, the hope of PAC as a World Champion doesn’t look bright.

None of this takes anything away from how remarkable a talent PAC is. PAC will surely see title success in AEW, but when it comes to PAC winning the big one, don’t hold your breath.
