He’s at it again; Xavier Woods is fast becoming one of my favourite heels to watch.
This time, during a backstage segment with Renee Young—when the trio should have been celebrating their maiden tag team title victory—the New Day were interrupted by a returning Luke Harper.
Ejected from the vehicle he had previously left the building in, Harper fell at the feet of Woods and company. Ever the optimists though, the New Day saw the funny side to this rudest of interruptions.
Woods examined Harper’s situation, before breaking out into laughter to remind Harper that he was indeed “still getting beat up”. Seconds later though, as Dean Ambrose came flying down from the roof of the car, I’m not sure Woods was in such a jovial mood.
