It's been an incredible 26 years since The Undertaker first debuted on WWE programming. When he made his inaugural appearance at Survivor Series 1990, Rich Swann, Sasha Banks, Paige, Alexa Bliss, and The Authors of Pain hadn't even been born yet. When he won the WWE Championship at the show the following year, it marked only the 17th reign in the belt's history - they're up to 129 now.

In all that time, The Undertaker has never managed to win the Intercontinental Title. While some would argue that the belt is somehow "beneath" him, he won the far less prestigious Hardcore Championship. While others would say that he never needed a title to be "The Phenom," that didn't stop him from claiming seven world titles and seven tag team titles.

Most of Undertaker's feuds have been at the very top of the card, admittedly, but in 1996, he did challenge Goldust for the Intercontinental Title in a casket match. Undertaker looked to have the title won, but when he opened the casket, Mankind was inside. The deranged superstar attacked Undertaker and knocked him out with the Mandible Claw, leaving him easy prey for Goldust.
