1. The New Day (Jimmy Hart, Brother Love & Akeem)

The Miz gets it, but not as much as The New Day do. They win this year's Halloween prize in WWE for actually taking their costumes to television and wearing them live on air. Who could have imagined that we'd see Jimmy Hart, Brother Love and Akeem on WWE programming in 2017?

There's another reason New Day are the best this year. Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E are the only ones who bothered to dress up like WWE legends. That's surprising, because you'd think it'd be a no-brainer for the current roster to grab that Randy Savage or Ultimate Warrior costume.

E looked like he was having a blast on SmackDown as he danced like the 'African Dream', Kofi couldn't help but paint his face red to be Brother Love and Woods had some Little Richard magic going on as the 'Mouth Of The South'. Superb stuff. More of this, please.
