From a storyline standpoint, the easiest way to get Triple H into that aforementioned match is to have Triple H tell Seth Rollins that he's put himself back on the main roster for this match, and that he'd hired a replacement GM. One car crash later and out walks Mick Foley as commissioner, back in the same role he had in 2000/01. Foley says that reinstating Triple H to the main roster was "FINAL" and he bangs the gavel. Foley being back in WWE is an idea that's best for all of the business. He's still actively aware of storylines, has history with the younger generation of top stars, and also would provide a very necessary levity to Raw and Smackdown. If there's anyone who's a must-return on this list, it's him.
