8. New Era To Old Era

One of the biggest post Mania storylines has been WWEs New Era, with the announcers continually pushing the idea that things are different now.

Thats going to be quickly undone when all the old guard are suddenly back, especially when the returns are seemingly going to come all around a similar time period. And you aren't going to have Cena, Rollins, Orton, and Wyatt being reintroduced with losses; theyll be coming back with victories to reaffirm their credentials.

This creates a problem for WWE's creative: how do you have a new era when there's still such value in the old era? The attempt at compromise could lead to some bad booking, and kill off any hope of genuine era change.
