Did you expect anything else to be in the number one slot? The Rock was WCW Champion and Stone Cold Steve Austin held the WWF strap after the Invasion came to it's conclusion. There was only room for one sheriff in town, so to speak. Instead of a match between the two champions, a small four man tournament was set up with the winner being crowned as the first Undisputed WWF Champion at Vengeance 2001. Austin defeated angle to retain the WWF title while Chris Jericho defeated Rocky to win the WCW strap. Straight after Y2J claimed his first win, Austin came to the ring and the second match began.
