1. Choosing To Headline WrestleMania 32 With Roman Reigns Vs. Triple H

So committed to pressing forward with the Roman Reigns babyface push were WWE that they booked him in the main event slot at WrestleMania 32. For the second year running, Reigns was booed as he made his way to the ring, despite being the babyface.

Facing a heel Triple H (who was cheered more as WWE Champion than his challenger), Reigns eventually managed to win the WWE Title on the grandest stage his company can provide. As the fireworks went off and mass celebrations ensued, there was still a massive gap between what WWE wanted people to feel and what they were actually feeling.

Shane McMahon's comeback to face The Undertaker in a Hell In A Cell bout dwarfed Reigns vs. Triple H. A dedication to presenting the WWE Title match as WrestleMania's main event did little for anyone involved during this one.

Shane vs. 'Taker should have gone on last, no doubt about it. That colossal clash was the stronger of the pair, it would have been a more fitting headliner.
