6. Rollins Standing Tall

At least Ziggler managed to have a serious match against the WWE Champion. A champion with no idea where his strap is (maybe he should have come out wearing Ambrose's replica), but a champion nonetheless. A decent bout saw Rollins emerge the victor thanks to grabbing hold of the Showoff's tights in order to get the pinfall.

Rollins needed the win going into Sunday, especially after what happened on RAW against J & J Security. Without the aid of The Authority, the stage appears to be set for the end of his reign anyway, but at least Rollins has a little momentum going into his match with the Lunatic Fringe.

Match commentary did, however, produce the following gem, courtesy of King: "...the only reason Rollins won that title to begin with was because of Kane". Pretty sure Kane was nowhere in sight when Seth cashed in the briefcase, King.

As a long-time WWE fan, I have always enjoyed watching men pretend to beat each other up while wearing spandex. Extra points for facepaint, none for tassels. I love all things sci-fi. If there's a 'Star' somewhere in the title, I'll probably dig it. I'm a huge football fan too. For my sins, I support Manchester United.
