As a former "Paul Heyman Guy" that should still be a Heyman Guy, Cesaro is an obvious choice. What's holding Cesaro back is a lack of a connection to the fans according to WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. It's a ridiculous claim because back at WrestleMania 30 he got one of the loudest ovations when he briefly turned face against Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter while also getting cheered after winning the battle royal. That sure sounded like a connection to most of us. Putting Cesaro with Heyman was a great idea. Heyman's the best talker in WWE, so he could do promos for him although really Cesaro has untapped potential as a talker too. What Heyman gave Cesaro was a lot of confidence and the ability to just show off in the ring by utilizing his power moves. If he was in Heyman's ECW, Cesaro wouldn't the guy wrestling a lot of hardcore matches or things like that. It would be more about showcasing his in-ring prowess by having great technical wrestling matches while also knocking people out with that uppercut strike. There is so much potential with Cesaro. We don't know if it will ever truly be realized in WWE, but if Heyman booked him in ECW it would probably happen.
