10 Exact WWE Moments That Made Fans Rage Quit

1. Daniel Bryan Isn't #30

Rey Mysterio Royal Rumble 2014
WWE

Three years before it'd happen to Roman Reigns, the much more popular Rey Mysterio was treated like an idiot by fans in Pittsburgh at the 2014 event. After Daniel Bryan had lost to Bray Wyatt in the show's opening match, it seemed a given that he'd be thanked for doing the job with a Rumble win everybody wanted to see.

Batista entered at #28 and was given a modest pop, but he wasn't the real story. Bryan was, and nobody could wait to hear "Flight Of The Valkyries" blare over the PA after that ten-second count down to #30. When "Booyaka, Booyaka" played instead, the air was sucked from the building.

Mysterio was forced to put a brave face on and do his best as the live crowd booed incessantly. It also exacerbated fans' fury that Rey only lasted a little over two minutes before Seth Rollins eliminated him. The pressure on WWE to push Bryan increased tenfold after this event as the decision to omit him from the Rumble led to a lot of backlash.
