Hogan was drawing money against everyone he was put up against and that culminated in a Wrestlemania III clash with Andre the Giant that symbolized the peak of Vince McMahon's promotion in the 80s. Hogan was the classic babyface who always did the right thing, helped his friends, and worked hard against the odds. Hulk Hogan was a role model to millions, a pop culture icon, and is still one the most recognizable stars in the industry. If Hogan was the classic babyface, then Steve Austin changed what a babyface could be in the late 1990s.
