Intergender matches are all but scrubbed out of WWE these days, even as other companies such as Lucha Underground institute them liberally. Chyna's muscle tone and headstrong demeanor gave her some parity with normal-sized male opponents, and few batted an eye whenever she got physical with the likes of Eddie Guerrero and Chris Jericho.

Chyna had previously held the Intercontinental belt by the time her and Eddie Guerrero teamed up to face IC champ Val Venis and manager Trish Stratus at SummerSlam 2000. Per the stipulation, if either Chyna or Guerrero scored the winning fall, they would win Venis' belt, even if Stratus were defeated.

Sure enough, Chyna pinned a not-yet dominant Stratus, winning the Intercontinental belt. As stated, it's the only time a primarily-men's belt changed hands with two females involved in the decision.
