Everybody loves Enzo Amore & Big Cass, right? They’re electric together. Enzo is outstanding on the mic, and while neither are particularly refined in the ring, they make up for it with charisma and chemistry. Their weekly promos are a highlight of every Raw, and the crowd reactions are as good as anyone’s.

They dabbled in the Tag Title scene when they first arrived on Raw, but they’ve never looked like capturing the belts. Having been around for more than six months now, Enzo & Cass might be the division’s most popular act, but they’ve been used primarily in secondary feuds with teams like The Shining Stars.

Whether or not this is because WWE want to avoid running them against The New Day (the only other team who can rival their popularity) is up for speculation, but whatever the case, Enzo & Cass are beloved, and they need to move up.

Elsewhere, Sheamus & Cesaro’s “odd couple” act will likely conclude with the duo finding cohesion, and ending The New Day’s lengthy reign. Once that business is concluded, it makes perfect sense to throw Enzo & Cass at the two Europeans; it’d give Sheamus & Cesaro a credible set of challengers, and give their opponents the extended title-chasing program they deserve.
