10 Forgotten Moments In The Undertaker's WWE Career

7. Slammy Award Winning Performance

For an example of how cheesy mid-'90s WWF fare was, one need look no further than those Slammy Award ceremonies the company would put on annually. After debuting in 1986 and running again in '87, the Slammys went on hiatus until 1994; there, 'Taker won the award for "Most Intimidating".

He'd top that two years later in 1996.

Live on the USA Network, The Undertaker proudly took to the stage with Paul Bearer and accepted his golden trophy for the WWF's "Greatest Hit". As he did so, footage aired of his winning moment at In Your House 6: Rage In The Cage. On that show, 'Taker had interfered in Diesel's match with Bret Hart and (to quote the Slammys) dragged "Diesel into the abyss".

That's a bit more inventive than "Superstar Of The Year", or any of the other Slammy Award categories doled out these days. For the record, The Undertaker won the Slammy for "Star Of The Highest Magnitude" in 1997, and for "Best Entrance Music".

No arguments there.
