WWE's signing policy has shifted dramatically in 2021, shredding an approach that, for the past few years, has focused primarily on acquiring established, experienced names from smaller stages.

The promotion is looking to the past in order to define its future. Prior experience is no longer essential. Instead, Vince McMahon's new vision is to look for younger, bigger projects to sculpt in his own image, hoping that this will ease their transition from developmental to Raw or SmackDown. This is reflected not only in WWE's latest groups of signings, but also in the wrestlers it has released throughout this year of mass cuts.

Deep-diving on the global wrestling scene for future signings likely isn't on WWE's agenda at the moment, it's safe to say. Nonetheless, each of the wrestlers within is well-equipped to make an immediate impact with the fanbase.
