Up until UFC 193, Ronda Rousey had a flawless MMA career with a stunning record of 12 wins from 12 fights. Making that ridiculous record look even more impressive was the fact that 11 of those 12 wins all came within the first round – and nine of them came in under a minute!

Rousey was the undisputed Queen of UFC and the face of the company, but that all came crashing down at UFC 193 when Holly Holm shocked the fighting world by KO’ing Ronda to become the new UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion.

Elsewhere on the UFC 193 card, Joanna Jedrzejczyk retained her UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship in a unanimous decision victory over Valerie Letourneau, and Mark Hunt, Robert Whittaker and Kyle Noke all got big wins.

Taking place from Melbourne, Australia’s Etihad Stadium, UFC 193 had a huge 56,000 fans in attendance – bringing in nearly $7 million in gate money to add to the 1.1 million PPV buys.
