He's famous for being behind the rise of WCW. He's criticized for the fall of WCW. And during Erich Bischoff's long tenure in the wrestling business he's cultivated a spectacular list of enemies, and though many of them have since made peace with him, the amount of huge stars and big names who've hated him is, in a weird way, extremely impressive. Much of the heat he attracted stems from his days as an executive in WCW, with his time in WWE being, with one massive exception, amazingly trouble free. But Bischoff would once again ruffle feathers when he became a player at TNA in 2010. The following is a list of 10 huge wrestlers or wrestling officials who, at one time or another, despised Eric Bischoff.
10. Vince McMahon
Vince McMahon, despite the alpha male reputation that proceeds him, can be quite stoic and reserved. He's never come out talking about how much he hated Eric Bischoff, other than on WWE television, but it would be impossible for Vince to have not resented Eric massively during the Monday Night Wars. Not only did the WCW executive steal talent from Vince, but he also tried his hardest to undercut the WWF and pull back their curtain to make them look as silly as possible. Most of all, Bischoff made no secret of the fact that he desperately wanted not only to beat Vince, but to put him out of business. The maniacal WWE chairman said on the Monday Night War DVD that he 'didn't particularly appreciate' Bischoff's tactics, but there's no doubting there was more intense emotion bubbling beneath the surface. Luckily for the bold and brazen executive, Vince was able to let bygones be bygones as he famously hired Bischoff to be the on-screen General Manager of Raw.

As a child, when I wasn't doing typical Australian things like fending off dingoes while riding in the pouches of kangaroos, I was watching wrestling.
