While you can bet your sweet ass Vince McMahon would prefer to head into his biggest show of the year without an issue, bust-up, or last-minute switch-up in sight, a much more combustible hand being dealt the Chairman of the Board can sometimes feel a touch inevitable.

When throwing this many inflated egos into the type of high-pressure scenarios that usually comprise a WrestleMania card for the ages, a few heads butting or tempers flaring is to be expected.

But there's being a little brassed off over not walking out of an event with the strap, and then there's your father threatening to incite a backstage riot due to the way a Show of Shows match unfolded on the night.

And if the severely bloated and hugely thrown together nature of this year's two-night 'Mania extravaganza is anything to go by, expect this list of squabbling, disagreements, and snubbing to be added to before long.

10. CM Punk Wants Nothing To Do With The Game - WrestleMania XXX

One year removed from stepping out of the WWE title picture to allow Dwayne Johnson and John Cena to make Twice in a Lifetime a reality, CM Punk clearly felt that 2014 was a now or never moment in his WrestleMania and wrestling career.

So, the second it became clear that he was once again being nudged out of the 'Mania main event spotlight in favour of a returning part-timer in Dave Bautista, The Voice of the Voiceless was already considering calling it a day.

The additional runner-up prize of taking on the boss' son-in-law at the 30th iteration of the grand event was the straw, along with his health in general being at an all-time low, that ultimately broke this Chick Magnet's already buggered back, however.

Walking out on WWE on the back of the Royal Rumble that saw him getting concussed during the titular bout, Punk's departure arguably acted as the catalyst for what would become one of the most celebrated images in 'Mania history; that being Daniel Bryan's main event victory. But this legendary moment undoubtedly came at a controversial price, with Punk emphatically slamming the door shut on McMahon and later winning a civil lawsuit against WWE Dr. Chris Amann, too.
