There's a crushing amount of pressure on pro wrestlers to look a certain way.

Muscular physiques are generally considered pleasing on the eye, because they look athletic and impressive, but great workers come in all shapes and sizes. Nobody should be blamed for struggling to stay motivated either, especially amidst global worry, but that doesn't mean fans can't applaud those who put a shift in to change their bodies too.

Pro wrestling has some remarkable transformation stories. Some bulked up, adding huge amounts of muscle to their frames. Others went the opposite route - they slimmed down, either for health reasons or 'cause they just fancied showing they could do it. Then, there are those who altered their appearances so much that they ended up looking like totally different human beings.

Uniqueness is a positive in today's market. Many top stars in WWE, AEW and elsewhere don't have the skin-bursting, enhanced bodies of yesteryear, but everyone wants to look their best. You won't believe how radical some changes can be, or what some of the wrestlers here used to look like by comparison.

Body proud? You bet...
