10 Most Shocking Kick Outs In WWE History

1. The Undertaker - WrestleMania 28

Prior to Brock Lesnar shockingly defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX, the legend of 'The Streak' was still very much alive and well in the folklore of WrestleMania. Every year, a challenger would step up. Every year, a challenger would fall.

However, as the years went on, 'The Deadman' got older, and challengers became increasingly testing. These factors led to some close calls for 'Taker, and gave fans some tremendous false finishes - none more convincing than WrestleMania XXVIII.

In the match billed as the 'End of an Era', the bout pitted The Undertaker against Triple H in a rematch of the year before. This time, however, would be in the confines of a Hell in a Cell. The man officiating was 'Taker's legendary foe and Triple H's best friend, Shawn Michaels.

With the deck seemingly stacked against him, 'Taker still managed to hold his own until the closing minutes, when an increasingly frustrated Michaels finally cracked, nailing 'The Phenom' with a Sweet Chin Music. A dazed 'Taker recoiled right into a devastating Pedigree from the waiting Triple H. 'The Streak' was given its last rites.

The Undertaker unbelievably managed to kick out and eventually walked out victorious; however, in hindsight, this moment could well have been the perfect way to end 'The Streak'.
