The first ever incarnation of this absurdly named pay-per-view arguably couldn't come at a worse time. Many are still attempting to wipe Super ShowDown from their memories, numerous matches are re-runs of what we saw in Saudi Arabia, and AEW's Fyter Fest is just around the corner with a far more exciting card.
Granted, there is some intrigue surrounding Sunday; could we see a Bayley & Alexa Bliss double-turn? Can Samoa Joe & Ricochet's match salvage the show? Who the hell is going to be the Special Guest Referee in the Universal Championship match?!
Yet you can't escape the general malaise surrounding Stomping Grounds, it might not even be the most watched show next week.
