Money In The Bank 2018 felt like a season finale for some of WWE's major feuds, and that was hardly a given considering what's next on the pay-per-view calendar. Coming out of the show, AJ Styles remains in the WWE Title hot seat, will surely move on from Shinsuke Nakamura, and can look forward a fresh foe in time for Extreme Rules next month and SummerSlam on 19 August.

He's not the only one.

New challenges also look likely for Daniel Bryan, Asuka, Ronda Rousey, Seth Rollins and men's MITB winner Braun Strowman. Speaking of Braun's situation, there may be room for WWE to squeeze just one more match out of the (seemingly endless) Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar feud before he jousts for the Universal Title - that is unless Roman's match against Jinder Mahal on Sunday night wasn't the placeholder it appeared to be.

With injured stars set to return imminently, potential heel turns that'd shake up SmackDown's female ranks on the horizon (along with intergender hijinks for one of the brand's other women) and the possibility of two ex-TNA stalwarts colliding over WWE's top prize, it could just be a summer to remember.

Bring it on.
