Some fans on social media aren't thrilled that WWE continues to cash in the women's MITB briefcase ASAP. Liv Morgan was the latest beneficiary of this on Saturday night, but look on the bright side: Morgan's ascent to the top female titles has been a long time coming.

She's finally due for long-awaited recognition around these parts.

Despite Money In The Bank cash ins obviously being presented as opportunistic, Liv supporters shouldn't worry; Ronda Rousey's title reign was a bit of a flop, and it's hardly like SmackDown's roster is bursting with credible options to supplant Liv in the championship hot seat these days.

Morgan can look forward to a fairly lengthy run with that belt. She gets a good reaction from crowds, has improved exponentially as a worker, can talk on the mic and just needs the right opponents to turn SmackDown's tepid women's scene into something FOX viewers can be proud of.
