10 NXT Wrestlers Who Need A Spot In WWE Money In The Bank
These young stars deserve to fight for the briefcase.
The stage is set for Money in the Bank. Airing on Sunday, June 14th, the infamous ladder match has launched careers and led to championship victories that may never have happened otherwise. Kevin Owens, formerly of NXT (and still its champion), will be having a rematch with John Cena next Sunday. Dean Ambrose and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will also square off again for the gold in what will surely be one of the best matches on the card. The Prime Time Players, who have proven themselves strong contenders, will attempt to pry away the WWE Tag Team Championships from Langston and Xavier Woods of The New Day. The Divas will also certainly be in action. The 2015 Money in the Bank bout currently boasts the likes of Neville, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler, Kane, and Kofi Kingston of The New Day, but there's always room for one more. If WWE needs some talent, there's always the wrestlers on NXT. Its popularity has grown enough that fans around the United States demand live shows outside of Florida, with the developmental territory gladly delivering. Hideo Itami already got to taste WrestleMania glory when he appeared in the 2nd Annual Andre the Giant Battle Royal this year. Although he didn't win, Itami acted as a representative for NXT and now can add involvement in the match on his resume. Although these are completely fantasy picks, WWE should consider giving these other rising NXT stars a similar chance at main roster superstardom at this year's Money in the Bank.
