8. What Does Vince McMahon Want?
One of the marquee matches on the No Way Out card was the showdown between Vince McMahon's daughter Stephanie and mistress, Trish Stratus. Knowing that his boss was very interested in the outcome of that match but unable to actually get involved without pissing off one of the women in his life, general manager William Regal volunteered his services to the boss. "Do the right thing," McMahon ordered vaguely. A flustered Regal put forth his best comedic performance as he struggled to figure out exactly what it was that his boss wanted him to do. Neither of women were particularly helpful as they ignored the Brit. Suddenly, a show chocked full of questions needing answers suddenly had another: how would Regal figure into the much-anticipated women's match. It added even more intrigue to the match and, at the same time, added another wrinkle to the McMahon family drama that dominated television at that point in time.
