But The Johnsons definitely belong in that conversation. Don't remember The Johnsons? Well, they weren't around too long, but they were awful. They reached levels of sleaze and crude, unfunny humor that has rarely been seen in the history of wrestling. The Johnsons were two guys who dressed up in flesh colored outfits from head to toe. In case you haven't figured it out yet, they were basically two giant penises. Their names? Dick and Rod Johnson. Funny? No. Incredibly stupid? Yes. That team name wouldn't even get a laugh out of the vast majority of 12 year old boys, let alone a grown adult who was ordering the pay-per-view. When these guys wrestled, it just led to awful humor from the announcers such as a Johnson getting "pounded." It just never stopped. Luckily, someone in TNA did have the sense to get rid of them, as it was discovered that watching two giant penises wrestling gets old really fast. Don't feel too bad for them, the two did eventually join the WWE as Simon Dean's henchmen The Gymini. Okay, actually maybe you should feel bad for them.
