Not only is B.J. Penn one of the greatest lightweight MMA stars in history, the Hawaiian is one of the great MMA fighters, period.

Right now, the two-division UFC Champion may be on a seven-fight losing streak, but the 40-year-old's influence in helping to make UFC the juggernaut that it currently is, is undoubted.

Throughout his career, Penn has thrived in underdog situations where he's had to endure plenty of punishment. That chin of The Prodigy's has withstood strike after strike from famed hard hitters such as Nick Diaz, Georges St-Pierre, Matt Hughes, and Lyoto Machida.

There's a great claim to be made that B.J. Penn has the best chin of any 155 lbs fighter to ever compete in the cage, and many would rank Penn's ability to take square-on hits right up there with the best in any weight division.
