Ken Kennedy had everything that Vince McMahon wanted in a top guy: he had the look, he could wrestle, and he could talk. He was basically a gift to the CEO of the WWE from the wrestling gods (no, not JBL). During his first run on SmackDown, he went undefeated, pinning every star one by one, including Batista and the Undertaker. After a feud with the Deadman, which saw Kennedy win by DQ and by way of First Blood, Kennedy soon found himself on RAW, and won the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WrestleMania 23. It looked like he was going to be a big star. That is, until he got released. Its too badboth parties could have had a lot of success. Rumors have it that Kennedy was supposed to be revealed as Mr. McMahons illegitimate son, and wouldve had a major push, thus making him a star and Vince even wealthier. Instead, that storyline led to Hornswoggle becoming Mr. McMahons illegitimate son, and we all know how well that turned out After working for the WWE, Kennedy wound up in TNA, where he competed under his real name, Mr. Anderson. It was in TNA where Anderson reached the zenith of his career up to that point, winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship twice. Will Kennedy return to the WWE? No one can say for certain, as his departure came under suspicious circumstances. What is certain, however, is that his career reached even higher points after he left.
