10 Surprising Superstars With No Place In Triple H's WWE
4. Happy Corbin
WWE careers last long enough now that perennial fanbase pariah has at long last become a man that probably deserves a little better.
Or does he? Corbin's lowkey status since Triple H took over would be fine if the man and character were simply being afforded a much-needed break from screens. The former King Of The Ring divides opinion on how much of his heat is good heel connection with audiences and bottom-of-the-barrel bullsh*t, but under Vince McMahon, few of us had much of a choice about absorbing it all the same.
Since the Stamford top table switch, Corbin's been used to kick off Ricochet's long rehabilitation and not much else. And based on the last few weeks of television, perhaps the fine steak chef and cigar aficionado could be in for a little more of his hobbies and a little less of the over-exposure that's done much to taint his reputation since leaving his Hunter-stewarded home on NXT a whopping six years ago.
