10 Talents TNA Totally Dropped The Ball With

Why wasn't Christopher Daniels a 21st century legend?

TNA gets a lot of flack for taking talent WWE has fired. But they definitely don€™t get the appreciation they deserve for building their own stars. Guys like Bobby Roode, AJ Styles, James Storm, Austin Aries, Samoa Joe, Magnus, and Eric Young have all been to the top of the mountain in TNA and have been great main eventers. Granted, some of the talent have made it big on the indies but TNA helped make them a household name and made them more familiar to the mainstream wrestling audience. TNA also has a knack for taking a talent WWE has, some would say, misused, and make them into something you want to see. Take EC3 for example. Relegated to being a low card guy in WWE, he comes to TNA and shows he is worthy of the main event slot and worthy of a World Championship. Taryn Terrell & Gail Kim are other good examples. WWE gave Gail the Women€™s Title but never really gave her a shot to prove just how good she is in the ring. Taryn barely even wrestled in WWE. But when those two fought each other in TNA, they tore the house down and put on one of the most entertaining matches of the year. Even a guy like Orlando Jordan made a more interesting move in TNA. He barely had a personality or a gimmick in WWE, but when he came to TNA he became the interesting character we all saw. The gimmick for sure made for some fascinating TV. So while TNA has had some success with using talent correctly, they also have definitely missed the mark on some of the wrestlers they have had. They had several pieces of coal that could have easily become diamonds, but TNA dropped the ball for one reason or another. Some of these people have even had title victories in TNA and even been World Champion, but still have been used poorly. These 10 stars are people TNA could have made big. And some, could have made the face of the company.
