Since their break-up, both guys have had trouble finding their feet as singles competitors. Blake’s betrayal of Buddy Murphy came back to bite him as the fiercely loyal Australian crowd let him know that he was not welcome in this country. His new gimmick, wearing his hair tied back and sporting a black feather boa to the ring, gave the fans all they needed to allocate him a new nickname: ‘Tyler Breeze’.

Aside from that flurry of excitement towards Blake, the crowd was pretty dull for the majority of this match. They didn't feel either way for Patrick Clarke, with a fair majority remaining in their seats during his entrance, which was a bit disappointing. But having said that, once the climax of the match approached and Clarke got his momentum, they were definitely backing him to beat Blake. Emphasise: Clarke to beat Blake, not Clarke to win.
