Prior to WrestleMania 31, Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler teased a match between the two of them. It never formulated because WWE opted to book a Ladder match for the intercontinental championship instead, placing both of them in it to help guarantee a quality match. With next year's show guaranteed to focus heavily on the glitz, glamour and spectacle as the company attempts to draw 100,000 fans to AT&T Stadium in Dallas, presenting that match to satisfy fans of in-ring work and traditional wrestling, Bryan and Ziggler are, arguably, the two most consistent workers in the industry and deserve to have the opportunity to steal the show out from underneath all of the part-timers. With the eyes of diehard fans and mainstream media on the event, Bryan and Ziggler would have the opportunity to prove that, while celebrity and part-time involvement is what helps set WrestleMania apart from other pay-per-view spectaculars, it is wrestling that has always, and will always, drive the product. Almost guaranteed to be a four-star affair if given the time, Bryan and Ziggler would wow the Dallas fans and provide the annual extravaganza with the Match of the Year candidate it has become known for over the last three decades.
