7. Feud With Bray Wyatt (Creatures Of The Night)
One of the creepiest, most captivating talkers in the current WWE system is Bray Wyatt. Even when his feuds don't have much substance (Roman Reigns, Ryback etc), Wyatt has been able to entertain simply with his promo ability. Offering to save rivals isn't a new routine for heels, it's been done before by the likes of Chris Jericho and CM Punk, but Bray excels at it. Jeff Hardy's face-paints and calls to his 'Creatures' have become a huge part of his act. That aspect of his character could feed nicely into a feud with Wyatt, who could claim that Jeff is living off past glories, and state that he's a sad veteran who needs Bray's help. Hardy isn't the best on the microphone, so Wyatt would be relied upon to carry the program in that respect. Inside the ring, Bray Wyatt is capable of bumping around from dropkicks and the fast-paced moves Jeff provides. It may not be the most obvious rivalry for Jeff Hardy's return to WWE, but Wyatt is a compelling character. Feuding him directly opposite a well-regarded star like Jeff would only help him too, and would give both men something to sink their teeth into.
