10 Things We Learned From WWE Chronicle: Sasha Banks

8. WrestleMania

Sasha Banks can barely contain her devastation reliving the events of WrestleMania 35 weekend, with the follow-through (more on that in a moment) clearly taking as much a toll on her as the day itself.

It was there where Banks and partner Bayley dropped the Tag Team Titles they'd fought hard to will into existence over the prior year, and it was apparent by this point in the documentary just how much 'The Boss' was clinging on to them for dear life.

The pair were initially sent to all three brands and NXT to issue open challenges to any female pairings, making the 'Show Of Shows' booking all the more baffling when one-note-jokes The IIconics were made champions at their expense. Through tears, Banks explains how walking down the WrestleMania ramp meant nothing to her, in spite of it once being the very definition of all her dreams.

Often criticised for having the dreaded wrestler "boo boo face", this was Banks admitting to it, and feeling vindicated in the process. What should have been a career high saw Sasha reaching her lowest ebb.
