10 Things WWE MUST Do Before 2024

Triple H and his trusty creative team have a LOT to do before the year ends.

WWE business moves fast. In other news, water is wet.

Seriously though, 2023 has been dizzying at times on the business front. That TKO announcement, blockbuster stadium shows, the continued revival of NXT and more - WWE has become a license to print money, and things don't look like slowing down heading into the new year.

How about creatively? On that side, things are ticking along rather nicely too. The Bloodline story was a rip-roaring success, Seth Rollins has clicked as a workhorse World Champion, and hot young acts like LA Knight, Rhea Ripley and GUNTHER have been tearing it up. Things look good!

Triple H, Vince McMahon and the entire nucleus of writers at large won't be resting on their laurels during the final months of the year, of course. They can't afford to. There are countless key decisions to be made, and they must happen between October 5 (at time of writing) and December 31.

Major turns are incoming, title switches are surely on the horizon, rockets are about to be strapped on, and more fresh faces will start popping up on Raw and SmackDown.

Here's WWE's very own 'To Do' list.

10. Put A Belt On LA Knight

Look, this writer is always one to argue that mega-over pro wrestlers don't always need titles around their waists/over their shoulders. It'll be a topic that causes debate until the end of time, but not everyone can be or should be World Champion, for example. Some folks just don't need the shiny stuff.

For LA Knight, winning a belt would be WWE validation though.

The dude's been on some journey, and his rapid ascent from afterthought manager to red hot babyface sensation should be studied. Today, LA stands tall as one of the most must-see acts on company television, and it'd be cool to see that rewarded with a singles title reign of some sort.

Obviously, head boy Roman Reigns currently has a headlock on SmackDown's top prizes, but Knight could always grab the United States strap. Or, if creative feel really spicy, they could shift him over to Raw and have him end GUNTHER's incredible Intercontinental Title run.
