10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Santino Marella

1. Santina Won Miss WrestleMania At WrestleMania 25

WWE.comWWE.comWrestleMania 25 is famous for one spectacular match: The Undertaker beating Shawn Michaels in a classic. If you've seen it you know how great it is. Also on that same show is one of the worst matches ever. It was a 25 "woman" battle royal to determine who would be crowd "Miss WrestleMania" at the 25th version of WWE's most famous show. The reason "woman" was put in quotation marks is because Santina was in the match. What WWE should have done in the match is either put over one of the women that was already proven as a great WWE diva like Beth Phoenix or Mickie James. Another option would have been to pick one of the up and coming girls like a Michelle McCool or Maryse and have them win the battle royal. It would be a big boost for their careers. The final three in the match were Santina, Beth Phoenix & Melina. Santina ended up dumping both of them and the match was over after about six minutes of torture. The fact that they had 25 women that were mostly hot in the ring didn't save this one. It was really bad. How could anybody in the company think this was a good idea? It wasn't even funny. It did nothing for any of the people involved. The whole Santina thing was really stupid and a waste of time more than anything. That's it for this week's things WWE wants us to forget series. Here's a list of who I've written about so far: Undertaker, Kane, Vince McMahon, Triple H, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, Ultimate Warrior, Steve Austin, Batista, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Daniel Bryan, Edge, Scott Hall, Edge, Stephanie McMahon, Rob Van Dam, Trish Stratus, Goldust, Lita, Chris Jericho, Booker T and The Rock. Who do you want to see next?
