9. The Death Of Hulkamania
To say Lesnar had a rocket strapped to his back during his first six months would be an understatement.
That June, Brock hammered his way through the competition to be crowned the 2002 King Of The Ring (back when it was worth something) which meant he earned a shot at the WWE Undisputed Championship at SummerSlam. By the time that rolled around, The Rock held the belt and he selflessly sacrificed himself at the altar of 'The Next Big Thing'.
A hell of a push, but it wasn't the most impactful moment of Brock's maiden summer in the company.
That belongs to an episode of Smackdown! on August 8th 2002. Still riding the nostalgic wave of Hulk-a-Mania, Hogan stepped into the ring with Brock and was beaten and bloodied in a stunning visual that did more to make Lesnar than any of the other accolades.
It was truly the last time Hogan offered anything of true value between the ropes and the vision of Lesnar squeezing the life out of the 'Immortal One' was truly shocking. To top it off, Lesnar took a handful of Hogan's blood and smeared it across his broad chest in a terrifying message to The Rock and to the rest of the WWE Universe.
It was Lesnar's world now.
