Jeff Jarrett's 18 year ons-screen exile from WWE finally ended at Royal Rumble 2019. In the intervening years, Double J hadn't acquired double the waistband, and was able to slip back into the very same costume which had cost him victory at WrestleMania XI. He probably shouldn't have, though.
