It's fair to say there's a decent amount of ridiculously talented women currently plying their trade in Vince McMahon's company that are crying out to have their potential fulfilled on a big stage. But one star who seems particularly readymade to rampage onto Rampage in 2022, much like Ruby Soho has in recent times, is one Shayna Baszler.
The MMA Four Horsewoman hasn't felt at home on WWE's main roster since stupidly falling to Becky Lynch inside of an empty Performance Center at WrestleMania 36 and all signs seem to point to that not exactly changing anytime soon. Simply put, Vince McMahon once again doesn't seem to "get" what sort of a character he has on his hands in The Queen of Spades and would much rather throw her into odd couple teams or have her be an authority figure's heavy.
If AEW just dipped back into what made Baszler NXT's all-conquering badass for five minutes, you'd have one of the most must-see wrestlers on the planet on your books in next to no time. And who wouldn't want to see Baszler rip through the likes of Britt Baker and Hikaru Shida?
