10 Ups & 0 Downs From AEW Dynamite (April 14)

9. The Alien Flies Again

Kris Statlander
AEw

Kris Statlander's squash of Amber Nova was an effective way to remind the audience that the Galaxy's Greatest Alien is very good at professional wrestling.

Working her first match in 10 months, Statlander booped Nova to rile her up, laid into her with strikes, hossed her around, and flexed her power with a gorilla press after hitting some standing flips. A roundhouse kick and the Supernova took her to an inevitable victory.

A well-executed flattening elevated above Dark fodder due to Kris' high-profile return, this set Statlander off on the right track as she resumes her climb up the rankings.
