10 Wrestlers Set For A Big Push Following WrestleMania 33

9. Baron Corbin

As far as WrestleMania 33 itself goes, Baron Corbin was one of the night’s biggest losers. He and Dean Ambrose wrestled the show's most listless match, and it concluded with a surprising loss for the 'Lone Wolf'. His stock definitely fell last Sunday, but fortunately, Corbin was able to undo the damage with a strong Street Fight victory over Ambrose on SmackDown two nights later, and now looks set to continue his Intercontinental Title hunt.

Baron is someone WWE have reportedly earmarked for a future main event spot. He was involved in the WWE Title scene towards the end of last year, and won a place inside the Elimination Chamber in February. He has improved immensely in the past 12 months, and while still far from the finished article, Baron will likely be WWE’s next IC Champ.

SD’s next PPV isn’t until May, so we might have to wait a while to see the title change. Regardless, Corbin will probably anchor the division for a while, before eventually using a strong reign to springboard into the main event. He had a bad WrestleMania, but that ultimately shouldn't matter.
