10 Wrestlers Who Had No Business Being Inside The Elimination Chamber

1. Santino Marella

Last but not least, we arrive at Santino Marella, who came close to turning the entire Elimination Chamber concept into a complete joke three years ago when he took part in one. He is without a doubt in an above-average wrestler that held his own in there with Daniel Bryan, but his eliminations of Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett were saddening to say the least.

Originally, he wasn't supposed to be anywhere near the match, but due to Randy Orton getting injured a week prior to the event, he was set to be replaced. And of all the people WWE could have chose to put in his place, they went with the Milan Miracle.

Let's give credit where credit is due: his time spent inside Satan's Prison was unbelievably awesome. However, that doesn't justify putting him in the match to begin with. Given that the bout was being contested for the World Heavyweight Championship, it should have been taken more seriously, especially considering the winner was going to advance to a marquee match against Sheamus at WrestleMania 28.

Again, it was extremely entertaining while it lasted and the live crowd was into it, but Santino Marella in an Elimination Chamber match? Let's be real here.
