10 Wrestlers Who Probably Won't Return Until 2021
1. Ronda Rousey
For a number of reasons, even before the world was gripped by this unprecedented situation, a Ronda Rousey appearance in 2020 didn't seem like a realistic possibility.
Firstly, Rousey openly admitted that she wanted to have a baby and, as of writing, the former Raw Women's Champion has yet to do that. Also, she recently blasted 'ungrateful fans' in a podcast appearance and said that she wanted to focus her energy on her family instead of wrestling.
Those two reasons alone seem to suggest that she isn't in the mood to take bumps night after night again right now. Add the fact that Vince McMahon probably wouldn't want to throw her return away in front of a seriously reduced live crowd and it quickly becomes apparent that the 'Baddest Woman on the Planet' won't be snapping any arms before 2020 reaches its conclusion.
Like Lesnar, Reigns and many others on this list, the absence of Rousey for such a long period of time will no doubt lead to a nuclear reaction from whatever packed arena witnesses her return in the flesh.
Let's all just hope WWE, and the many other wrestling promotions out there, are in a position to welcome these stars back with the sound of thousands of adoring fans by the time 2021 rolls around.
