10 Wrestlers Who QUIT During WWE Raw
1. Sasha Banks And Naomi
Despite the full story still not being entirely clear when it comes to the most recent entry on this list, Sasha Banks and Naomi's decision to turn their backs on Vince McMahon and the May 16 episode of Monday Night Raw still sits as one of the most shocking and unexpected occurrences in recent WWE history.
On the back of WWE announcing an incoming six-pack challenge to decide who would battle Bianca Belair at Hell in a Cell 2022 - a match including both Banks and Naomi that the latter was set to win - the Women's Tag Team Champions were said to have handed in their straps to John Laurinaitis and walked out of the arena with their suitcases in hand, according to a surreal WWE press release that also cited the fact "Monday Night Raw is a scripted live TV show, whose characters are expected to perform the requirements of their contract."
With new reports dropping left, right, and centre, suggesting contract disputes, backstage heat, being disrespected as tag champions, and the pair not being happy with their planned treatment on said episode of Raw all building to their eventual walk-out, it's unclear at the time of writing what the future will hold for the long-under-utilised duo.
