10 Wrestlers Who Suffered The Most From WWE WrestleMania 37

8. Riddle

Again, Riddle literally suffered, physically, at WrestleMania. The former United States Champion was all banged up as he wrestled Bobby Lashley on the following night's Raw, sporting all kinds of cuts and bruises after facing one of the stiffest wrestlers in the company in Sheamus.

This was to be expected. Certain levels of wear and tear are guaranteed in pro wrestling, particularly when you're positioned opposite somebody as hard-hitting as Sheamus. As willing to dish it out as he is to take it, the Celtic Warrior entered a smashmouth battle with Riddle, felling him after one of the year's most spectacular finishes.

Riddle was never supposed to win the United States Title in the first place, profiting from Keith Lee's absence from television to take the strap before carrying it to 'Mania. That he lost to Sheamus and was flattened by Lashley on Raw suggests he's about to be relegated again.

A midcard comedy jester, Riddle is R-Truth with a scooter.
